even just connecting to the same PC it has at least 250ms.
pretty much impossible to watch videos with a delay that long.

You can route all output to a virtual input device via Audiomeeter. (select B1 in the column), though they are labeled as "virtual output".
B1 -> VoiceMeeter Output
B2 -> VoiceMeeter Aux Output
B3 -> VoiceMeeter VAIO3 Output
(ignore the virtual cable, that's converting to analog and then back to digital, degrading the quality)
